Stevens-Johnson syndrome is a serious skin condition. Lamotrigine-induced Stevens-Johnson syndrome is strongly associated with HLA*B1502 in the Thai population. Stevens-Johnson syndrome has never been reported to coexist with other skin diseases. Here, the authors report a case of Stevens–Johnson syndrome with severe seborrheic dermatitis in a Dengue virusinfected patient. The patient was treated with a high-dose systemic corticosteroid and has shown an excellent response to therapy.
