Thanaviratananich S The Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University has cooperated with the local community to establish the welfare and health education service in the local community. The first initiative was carried out in the local primary school. This paper described the missions, method and results of our first attempt to screen the students in the community.
