Clinical Outcomes of Selective Nerve Root Block in Patients with Degenerative Lumbar Spinal Stenosis with Radiculopathy and Lumbar Disc Herniation with Radiculopathy: A Single-Arm Prospective Longitudinal Study
The early response to selective nerve-root block was substantial in this prospective series of 64 patients with lumbar radiculopathy. Pain and disability improved after treatment, and the six-month recurrence pattern provides a valuable view of how patient trajectories evolve beyond the early post-procedure improvement.
