Organ Functions in Septic Patients Receiving Fluid Resuscitation Guided by Dynamic versus Static Parameters: A Randomized Controlled Trial
In an era moving beyond static hemodynamic targets, this randomized trial highlights the clinical value of ultrasound-guided fluid resuscitation. Patients managed with dynamic assessment required less vasopressor support and achieved more vasopressor-free days during recovery from sepsis.
