Clinical Characteristics and Prevalence of Breast Cancer Molecular Subtypes: A Five-Year Retrospective Study at a Tertiary Care Center in Thailand

Luminal B and Luminal A will come out to be more predominant, whereas TNBC will be associated more with the middle-aged population of the patients. Most cases are diagnosed in the later stage, therefore, the need for early detection. Improved treatment with indications according to the individual and better screening will be necessary to better the outcomes of breast cancer.

Association between Preoperative Waiting Times of Less Than 24 Hours versus 24 to 48 Hours and Clinical Outcomes in Elderly Patients Underwent Hip Fracture Surgery: A Single Center Randomized Controlled Trial

Early hip fracture surgery within 24 hours for elderly patients can improve clinical outcomes, yet, surgery within the standard 48-hour period still yields similarly favorable outcomes. These findings could support more efficient hospital resource management while ensuring patient safety remains a priority.

Outcomes of Treating Rheumatoid Arthritis with Combination Conventional Synthetic Disease-Modifying Anti-Rheumatic Drugs Therapy: A Hospital Database in Real-World Data

Impact of COVID-19 Pandemic on Management of Colorectal Cancer Patients in the Tertiary Care Hospital in Thailand

The present study examined the impact of COVID-19 on treating colorectal cancer. The total surgeries did not decrease but increase in advanced cancer staging (Stage III-IV) during the COVID-19 outbreak was observed. This may be due to the reduction in cancer case screenings, leading to patients presenting with emergencies requiring more frequent emergency operations.
